Myself and my husband have just returned back to the UK after spending our holiday at your hotel. We would both like to say how much we enjoyed our stay - the hotel was beautiful and clean, the food was amazing all the staff helpful and friendly. I would especially like to thank Vincenzo (?) and Franco in the restaurant, I had forgotten to advise the hotel in advance that I have a Gluten Free diet. Both Franco and Vincenzo ensured that I had gluten free bread and pasta when ever I required it - an amazing gesture and greatly appreciated.
